The Records opened for the month of April with a sense of everybody gazing upwards. And this came through and multiple ways. 

First, I saw a big starry sky, and I saw someone standing and they were looking up. Then I saw an air show, and there were all these planes in the sky. And they were doing loops and tricks. And again, everybody in the audience had their gaze captured upwards.

And I saw the words “look up” and very much had a sense of upward motion, and stars and being drawn towards things that feel higher and more spiritual, intuitive and awe inspiring this month.

October Akashic Magic: Shifts in Perception & Direction

The Records opened for October with some very interesting imagery, the first thing that I saw was a waterwheel cranking in one direction, and it was forced to come to almost a complete stop and reverse directions and start going the other way.

And I saw other images that were very similar to that, of some sort of a wheel or something that had been set into forward motion, stopping suddenly, and going in reverse along with a car on a road all the sudden realizing “oh, I need to go back and pull a U-turn”. 

And energy coming through that felt like moving one way and then moving another entirely. And it felt like a shift in perception might be coming to us…

Prior to opening the Records, I had some really interesting images start coming through. Different than anything I've channeled for Akashic Magic before.

The first thing I saw was this very starry sky. Like if you were just gazing upward, and you were looking at the Milky Way.

This individual standing up and just staring at the stars and staring at this nebula and all these stars up in the sky…. and I saw the words ‘heightened intuition’, ‘intuitive awareness’, and ‘inner knowing’…

As I was opening the Records for the month of April of 2023 - there were several different images coming through.

First, I saw a calm, clear and glassy sea. And there were birds that were flying over the air. And the sense of the scene was that a storm had recently cleared.

And so, there was this sense of clearing and clean air and freshness. And that idea that you get when something has been chaotic, or frantic, and stills, and you have a moment to pause and look around and kind of assess what happened. And where are we now…

For December of 2022, The Records opened this month with quite a bit of imagery. The first image I saw was of a big winter storm blowing through.

Then I saw a scene where the storm had passed - the snowplows had come and the roads had been cleaned - now it's safe to come out of the shelters. I then saw kids sledding and everybody enjoying the sense of freshly fallen snow.

There was a sense that the emphasis of The Records was on that moment in between the winter storm where the snow has piled up and that anticipation of when you are about to switch and shift into that new scene and I saw the words 'new doorway' and 'on the threshold' come through for the month of December…

There was a sense of hibernation, there was a sense of taking time out, there was a sense of resting to the energy and a sense of turning inwards.

A lot of movement is going on on the surface this October, and a lot might really distract us. But if you can move beneath the superficial surface, there is a sense of calm, warmth, and being held….

As I was opening The Records for the month of July, I saw an image of somebody who is jumping into a swimming pool; they are hot and they want to cool down and the pool itself isn't necessarily warm.

So when they jump in, there is a sense of being plunged into this different temperature.

And there's a sense that it might be simultaneously refreshing, but it might also be a shock to the system. Then I saw the words ‘fluctuating patterns’…

As I was opening the records, I had multiple images coming up, and they were coming rather quickly. And that resonates with the energy this month because I felt a sense of quickening of the energy, it almost had a cheerful quality to it.

And it felt like things might be speeding up.

And the images that I saw were of a bird flying high in the sky. And then I saw a picture of ships coming in and out of a harbor, where there was a sense of busyness and a sense of things kind of bustling and humming along…

The records opened this month with very similar imagery; the first thing I saw was someone sniffing a mint leaf and the distinct taste of mint came through.

The next thing I saw was an orange and a lemon being cut open, with somebody inhaling that fresh scent that comes from citrus fruits.

And the last image I saw was very similar - it was somebody standing by the ocean, and again, had their chin lifted and breathing in that ocean scent.

The words that came through were ‘clean breeze’….

There was this sense of play to the energy, a sense of buoyancy - there was a sense of bouncing.

I have a tradition that I do around Memorial Day each year. It began in 2016. Memorial weekend was a total gift that year. I’d just lost Brent that January, and after a long, cold, grief filled winter, the warm sunshine and blue skies that graced the last bit of May were medicine for my heart.

So were the flowers I bought in profusion that weekend. Cherry blooms, daffodil buds, purple pansies spilling out of their baskets— I turned the front porch and back patio into an enchanted garden, and I spent Memorial Day sitting on my porch in the sunshine, writing, drawing and enjoying time with my husband and our fur kids.

I was going through a deep process of transformation at the time…
