Messages from Spirit: The Playful Mind
About these messages…
Whenever I lead a group in a heart activation and guided visualization, I always end our meditative time with a message from spirit. Messages that come to me through my intuitive channel specific for each group.
Over time, I have begun to see that while each message is specific to the group, the messages are also creating a greater arc of direction and guidance for the whole of us. I choose to re-share these messages on my blog, so others can also benefit from the beautiful truth, light, and wisdom that comes through.
This message is from a group I led on 1.26.21 on the theme of signs, symbols and archetypes. The words below are spirit’s empowerment on how best to work with the signs that show up in our lives. I hope you also find these words illuminating for your path.
Have fun with it. Try not to take yourselves so seriously and it will be easier on you.
It is harder to get through to the serious mind, because the serious mind has a tendency to overthink and feel that they have to get it right, which closes you off to your natural receptivity.
But the playful mind delights in curiosity. Like a small child looking at the world anew.
Each of you must learn to see the world with more joyful eyes-
We understand that may be hard for some of you if you are in a season of fatigue, heaviness or grief and so we simply ask you to soften your gaze.
Soften your gaze to the possibility you are being supported at this time.
Look around you and see what concurrences keep showing up.
Allow for their possibilities. Allow for the idea that this is how your angels, guides and loved ones are speaking to your.
Worry less about what the signs mean. You must trust yourselves to grow in this wisdom over time.
Instead, just be open to wonder. To delight. To information from the energetic and etheric realms that will come to you in dreams, inner visions, quiet meditations, and signs from the numeric and natural world.
Allow yourself to play with all of it like a small child and see how this opens you up.
For today we would tell you—
You are already doing great. You are already doing beautifully.
You are opening to receiving in new ways. You are learning to understand yourself in new ways.
You are learning to be in the world in new ways.
We see this in you, and we honor this work and your willingness to learn.
