Messages from Spirit: How Truth Feels
About these messages…
Whenever I lead a group in a heart activation and guided visualization, I always end our meditative time with a message from spirit. Messages that come to me through my intuitive channel specific for each group.
Over time, I have begun to see that while each message is specific to the group, the messages are also creating a greater arc of direction and guidance for the whole of us. I choose to re-share these messages on my blog, so others can also benefit from the beautiful truth, light, and wisdom that comes through.
This message is from a group I led on 1.14.21. I hope you also find these words illuminating for your path.
Hold the vision.
Hold the vision of what you’d like to see in your lives and in your world at this time. Even if you don’t know how it will happen—hold it anyways.
That is what having faith is all about.
To believe without seeing.
To trust what you’re sensing.
To learn to re-see the world through the eyes of your heart as so many of you have forgotten to do.
You must learn to see again.
To perceive truth from mistruth.
To discern true light from false light.
And here is how you see. And here is how you discern.
Does it open you up? Does it free you in some capacity? Does it help your heart expand in compassion for your fellow humans or does it make your heart contract in fear and judgment.
We know this is difficult work we ask of you, and yet your hearts are already equipped for this task.
If it leaves you emptied and cold. If it leaves you fearful. If it leaves you shutting down and turning off your sensitivities—it is not higher truth.
If it opens you. If it lights and warms you. If it frees you up to find bigger perspective and move forward with that perspective, if it helps anchor you into the frequency of love—
It is truth.
Anchor now into the frequency of love woven through the energy found in these words. Receive our love. Receive our grace. Receive our ease.
Receive our reassurance all will still be okay despite how things might look in your world at this time.
Receive our peace. And receive this truth—
Each of you is held and wrapped in utter love.
