Messages from Spirit: Clear Air
About these messages…
Whenever I lead a group in a heart activation and guided visualization, I always end our meditative time with a message from spirit. Messages that come to me through my intuitive channel specific for each group.
Over time, I have begun to see that while each message is specific to the group, the messages are also creating a greater arc of direction and guidance for the whole of us. I choose to re-share these messages on my blog, so others can also benefit from the beautiful truth, light, and wisdom that comes through.
This message is from an event I led on 3.9.21., where we were exploring the energy of March. I hope you also find these words illuminating for your path.
You can hold both challenge and cheer within you.
Sorrow and joy. Bliss and despair.
It is not one of the other, but allowing for both, that helps you make a choice in the direction you want to move.
And that is the guidance we bring you this month—
Which emotional state will you own?
Which direction will you point yourself?
Which way will you choose?
For this is a month of choice. It is a month of finding the light in change.
A month for finding new ways of being, that support you in who you are becoming.
If anything in your life feels old and heavy to you - like ancient baggage you’ve been hauling around - then you can know it is not supporting you.
If something feels cleaner and lighter- as if the air is fresher in that direction- then you are empowered to make choices that move you towards clear air.
Trust yourself in this.
Trust your choices if you are seeking clear air.
Trust your heart and return to it often when your mind cannot see the way through.
Know that not only are you fully protected and supported on your path--
But each of you has many more tools in your toolbox then you often give yourselves credit for.
We see you. We love you.
