December Akashic Magic: Return to Innocence

About this message…

The following is a transcription and audio transmission from the Akashic Records on the energy of December 2021.

Akashic Magic is my free monthly offering of light to make the wisdom from the records accessible to anyone who is looking to connect with higher guidance and make sense of the world in these changeful times, so we can live with more peace, ease and clarity.

You can access this month’s message by reading the following transcription or listening to the audio below.

A few things to note:

1. Information from the records is kept at a high, loving frequency and comes through in images, metaphors, feelings and words, which might be a new experience for those unfamiliar with the records.

2. I recommend listening to the audio or reading the transcription with an open mind and heart and only taking what resonates for you and your journey at this time.

3. The audio usually runs 12-15 minutes, so you may wish to clear space, grab a cup of tea or light a candle, and settle in for a little soul-care time.

4. Information from the records is for self-contemplation and spiritual development and is not clinical or therapeutic advice.

Akashic Records for December 2021

As I was opening The Records this month, I very specifically saw the word ‘joy’ start flashing.

And that was followed by the words ‘jubilation’ and then I saw this image of all these dancing little lights - little white lights dancing about - and I heard the phrase “return to innocence”.

With that, let’s dive into this energy further and find out what’s in store for us for the month of December. And our first question is:

What is the overall energy of December 2021

What I’m feeling, with December of 2021, is that there’s an invitation to return to a space of cultivating a child-like gaze, where we are invited to look at the world with new curiosity and new wonder.

Some of that feels very tied into the holiday season, and the solstice, and just the amount of celebration that often happens around this time of year, leading up until the turn of the New Year.

There’s a lot of opportunities within those moments to practice acting like a child would, if they were experiencing the holiday for the first time. To have that child-like delight and that innocent gaze of just excitement - over the festivities, over the celebrations.

There’s a lot of space here to have more mindful moments, where each of you will be invited to turn inwards and think about:

‘How can I see this through a more innocent gaze?’

‘How can I look at this situation through a lens that helps me lay down some of the burdens, the stress and the fatigue of being an adult?’ - and some of the stressors that each of you carry, just in your modern day lives.’

‘How can you find a more simple place? A place where you are able to tap into the energies of curiosity, joy and delight.’

And that brings me to my next question:

How might this energy impact us individually?

There might be a sense of lightening that comes this month; 2021 has been a heavy year for many of you, and this is something that is being experienced collectively - there just is a lot of heaviness right now and what I’m hearing from The Records is that they are aware that each of us knows that.

They’re not telling us anything new - they know that we know that. But there has been a lot of heaviness in the year of 2021, and some of that has waxed and waned at varying degrees - depending on the season, the cycle and what month it’s been.

There’s a sense of energetic intensity that happened during the month of November, and that’s happening in accordance with eclipse season, and what I’m feeling is that begins to lift during the month of December, and there is more of a lightening - more of an ease - more of an opportunity to laugh and to feel a little bit more free.

And what I’m hearing The Records say is “you don’t have to work so hard to feel good”. It feels like some of this effervescence will come a little bit more easily, and the energy supports that.

And the energy supports being able to be in a space where each of us might feel a little bit more free, a little bit more lighter in heart, and a little bit more in touch with those energies of curiosity, joy and wonder.

So, I’m feeling that coming through for this month. Something else that’s coming through for this month is that it is a good month to begin to do a close-out, and take inventory of the year of 2021.

This is a good month to clear out any clutter that is still left in your mental and emotional resources, and this might vary for each of you, but what I’m seeing in The Records is to just take some time to reflect - whether you do it via journaling or you just do it in your own thought process - map out the year.

January of 2021 - where were you? What was happening in your life? Anything eventful going on at that time? Any milestones or life changes? February of 2021 - what was happening in February for you? March of 2021 - and so on, and so on.

I’m seeing where it might be helpful to do a clearing of the slate where you kind of catch up with the year you’ve just lived, and give yourself an opportunity to check in with yourself and make sure that you are - and again, ‘inventory’ comes through - that you’ve taken inventory.

And if something feels unprocessed, that will be the opportunity to for you to say “oh, I’m going to do a bit of process work around this”, and “you know, I’m still really bothered by what happened back in March” - it’s just the opportunity to more mindfully release and let go of the energies that you’ve experienced this year.

And to have the opportunity to integrate those experiences a little bit more fully - and again, coming back into this idea of joy and this idea of lightness,

I’m seeing this energetic unburdening that as you do that - as each of us takes inventory and just checks in with themselves, processes things and synthesize them on a deeper level —

It allows us to have lighter energy, it allows us to be more clear and focused, and it allows us to be in the present moment because we have taken the space to integrate the past and to bring ourselves up to what’s happening in the here and now.

Alright - my next question is:

How can we most constructively navigate the energy of December?

“Don’t take it too seriously”, is what is immediately coming through. The Records are saying “you humans can be so funny - you place so much expectation on yourselves and in particular at this time of year”.

There’s expectations around how it should look and whether it’s social obligations or things that you need to get done, or wanting to have certain traditions or honor certain traditions based on what you may or may not celebrate. There’s a lot of expectations that have come with that, and that came through with that.

I’m just having the sense of “don’t take it so seriously” - if you’re stuck in traffic, instead of caving to stress, can you turn on the radio or put on a podcast - or just try and find a sense of humor that you, along with many many others are literally in the same boat. Not just in the country of the US, but in other places as well - where they are stuck in traffic or wishing that things would move faster.

Can you not take it so seriously focusing on the shared aspects of your humanity, finding the benign absurdity in them, and finding that sense of connection and remembering that many people experience stress or frustration this time of year as things get more crowded.

If dinner doesn’t go as planned or you weren’t able to make the thing, can you order pizza and just laugh about it and know that it’s going to be okay?

Focus on the idea that what’s more important than having a perfect presentation for a party or a meal or an event or something like that - what’s more important is the people who are going to be there and the idea of community and the idea of gathering. It’s the intention, it’s the thought - those things are what’s most real; it’s the love and space - that’s what matters.

When you tap into that, you shrug off some of those conditioned adult responses that it has to be a certain way, and you come back into the heart of what makes this time of year so magical.

There’s this specialness to it, and some of that does come from various faith and holiday traditions that many of you celebrate. And some of it comes from the festive feel of wrapping up the year, knowing that you’re moving into a new year, and closing out the twelfth month of the year.

You made it! Your twelfth month of the year! You did it. There’s something kind of festive about that, like, you’re about to cross the finish line.

So, when you are able to not take it so seriously and find the humour, find the absurdity in situations and shrug your shoulders and say “oh well, this is just what it is to be human - nothing went the way I wanted it to and that’s all good and everything will be ok”.

When you can do that, not just on a small level in your day to day, but just bring that attitude towards your life in general, it allows you to be lighter and it allows you to come back into the heart of what does make this a special sacred time, that is a little bit more sacred and special from other months out of the year.

I’m just hearing “slow down - slow down and take time to enjoy it”. And if that means you only do five things on your to-do list and not all ten, do the five and take the rest of the time to enjoy this - you will not get these moments back.

So, take the time to slow down this month, and to savor crossing the finish line, and savor and acknowledge you did it - you completed 2021 almost in its entirety!

The Guardians Of The Records are saying “we know it’s challenging right now, so take some time to savor and bask in the recognition and acknowledgment of your contribution to this year, your contribution in your own life, and the contribution that you are bringing to your communities, that you are bringing to the people that you touch and the contribution that you are bringing to the planet at this time, just through your presence and through your act of being”.

Alright - next question:

Is there anything you’d like us to know as we move into the last month of 2021?

Somebody just cheekily just said, “well, we already said it!” and what I’m feeling and seeing is this emphasis on the idea of slowing down, acknowledging everything this year, acknowledging successes, acknowledging what feels like what wasn’t a success, or felt like a failure or setback.

Acknowledge how hard you’ve worked, acknowledge what didn’t go the way you thought it would, but then it went a different way and it’s all going to be ok.

Acknowledge your spiritual growth - some of you have had tremendous spiritual growth this year, and in fact, are still in the middle of having really big quantum leaps happening in your relationship with Spirit, and your own understanding of your own spiritual heritage and lineage. So, acknowledge that and take time to catch up with yourself.

Take time to reorganize things on an emotional level so you know, you feel really caught up with what happened this year and very ready to step into the clean energy that wants to come through in January of 2022.

And some of that energy feels like it will already be starting to come in after the eclipses.

There’s a feeling that some of that energy will be coming in with the full moon in Gemini, which I believe is happening December 19th. We’re getting a sneak peek of the upcoming energy as we move into the second half of December, and the guidance coming through is—

“We want you to be ready for it, and to be in the psychological heart space to really receive that beautiful new energy coming through”.

Our last question is:

Is there anything else that you would like us to know about the month December of 2021?

The guidance coming through is “do something this month to celebrate you and make this month your own”.

Do something this month, whether you create your own tradition, whether you buy yourself flowers, whether you take yourself out for a coffee date with just you—

It’s piggybacking on this idea of wanting each of us to acknowledge our hard work, that self-acknowledgment - because what I’m hearing is “so many of you are so good at acknowledging that in somebody else, and not always taking the time to acknowledge it for yourself”.

There’s an invitation this month - that if you take the time to do something special for yourself, whatever calls to you, whatever speaks to you - it feels like a beautiful way to be self-honoring and to add a ritual to this idea of acknowledging our own personal progress, and allowing ourselves to feel good about that progress, and then doing something kind for ourselves, as a way to say—

“I deserve this, because, I did it! I almost made it to the end of the year. Well done me!”.

That’s the wisdom coming through, and again, I’m just hearing “it’s ok to be you-centered, so many of you are other-centered, it’s ok to take time for yourself, and to be mindful about that time for yourself”.

Alright - with that, The Records have gone quiet. I will just say thank you to them for the wisdom that you’ve given us and I look forward to bringing the message through for the year of 2022 in January.

I’m wishing everybody who reads these words or who listens to this message a beautiful month of December. Much peace, joy and blessings to you. Namaste. Amen. Blessed Be.
